Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if required and your request is approved. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Please note that any shipping charges incurred during the return process may be deducted from your refund amount.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details to initiate the cancellation process. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, please note that if your order has already been shipped or is in the process of being prepared for shipment, we may be unable to cancel it.

Refunds: For approved returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider.
